Choice Automotive Repair

Finding an honest, knowledgeable, and trustworthy repair shop isn’t easy, but Choice Automotive has earned my business for life. Austin and the entire team have taken exceptional care of my 2014 Chevy Silverado, completing everything from major mechanical repairs and preventative maintenance to a complete A/C rebuild. What sets them apart is their honesty. They thoroughly explain what they find, prioritize what truly needs attention, and never try to sell repairs that aren’t necessary. Their communication has been outstanding, and I always feel informed before making any decisions. Thanks to their workmanship, my truck drives smoother, rides better, and is more reliable than it has been in years. It’s a vehicle that means a great deal to me, and I appreciate that they treat it with the same level of care and respect. If you’re looking for an automotive shop that values integrity, quality workmanship, and customer service, I highly recommend Choice Automotive. They’ve earned my trust, and I won’t hesitate to bring my vehicles back in the future. ~JB

I’ve had consistently excellent experiences with Choice Automotive Repair, and I’m grateful for the superb quality of their work. Austin and the team recently handled an extended‑warranty repair on my 2014 Nissan Quest, and the entire process was smooth, professional, and clearly communicated from start to finish. They took care of everything with precision and made what could have been a stressful situation very easy to navigate. In addition to that, Austin and the Choice Automotive team have also been servicing my 2012 Mercedes as I work toward restoring it. Their attention to detail, willingness to listen to my goals for the vehicle, and commitment to doing the job right have truly impressed me. It’s rare to find a shop that combines skill, honesty, and genuine care for both the customer and the vehicle. I strongly appreciate Austin, and highly recommend Choice Automotive Repair for anyone seeking dependable, high‑quality service. They’ve earned my trust through excellent workmanship and outstanding customer care.

Choice always takes excellent care of our vehicles. Austin is an honest and always helpful. They will help you through what your car needs most. All suggestions will be made and Austin and team will let you know what’s most important and what you can wait on. Sheila at the front desk is always so pleasant and kind to work with. They really are a great shop. We take all our cars there because we trust them and they are great people overall. Never had a bad experience.

I paid Choice Automotive around $1,700 for an A/C repair, and the repair failed within days, twice. I had to bring the car back again for warranty work, and after that visit the car came back with even MORE problems. The dashboard was destroyed during the first repair and had to be replaced, and the A/C still does not work. I took it to another mechanic and my compressor is shot. It was fine before Choice worked on my car. This has been an expensive, frustrating mess, and I no longer trust this shop to touch my vehicle. Instead of solving the issue, every visit seemed to make things worse. I cannot recommend Choice Automotive.

Austin and Sheila were amazing! From start to finish, they made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. They were honest, communicative, and really took the time to explain everything clearly. It’s hard to find people you can trust with your car, but I felt completely confident in their work. Highly recommend this shop, great service and even better people!
